The content of the school's curriculum and the development of skills to access and enrich it are at the heart of Ridgeway Primary Academy's teaching and learning. Ridgeway Primary Academy offers a broad balanced curriculum which is arranged on a two year rolling programme. It is based on the national curriculum and supported with high quality texts.  In late 2018 the school began a complete review of the curriculum,working in partnership with other teachers across Learn Academies Trust. The new curriculum is a work in progress: it will change over time and we are happy that it will do so. Learn-AT Framework

The Learn-at Curriculum and Pedagogy Framework was published in July 2018. It is an overarching statement of vision and agreed values and principles which informs Ridgeway Primary Academy’s own bespoke curriculum designs.
